Los Andes University (Colombia) has created a digital documentation centre through the compilation of international and national Human Rights jurisprudence. It includes a virtual school on human rights and the presentation of taped conferences.

The Human Rights Online School of the LAEHR Network will be a centre based on the principle of “learning communities”, where the members of the network will participate in online forums of analysis and discussions on Human Rights subjects.
