Research project on Fundamental Rights: research of jurisprudence of various Latin American countries on specific areas of constitutional law, to establish the jurisprudence lines of the different countries, making international comparative analysis, identifying the development of this theme.

This project aims to make easily accessible a selection and analysis of compared jurisprudence of key issues in Latin America to members of Network LAEHR, academic community and the general public in the continent. The selected format is a website that gathers both the decisions of the high courts and the academic analysis of this jurisprudence.

In the course of this activity was created the Consortium of research centers responsible for selecting and analyzing jurisprudence in their countries. CIJUS-Unities are: Brazilian Association of Public Law, Association of Civil Law (Argentina) and University of San Andrés (Argentina).
